*sighs* holiday,Ive missed you.
Finally,its holiday again.(well,with LoTs & LoTs of assignments to be done,but still) Its relieving.Anyways lets update on the days we've missed; Valentines & ysterday.
As how Ive mentioned before,had our history presentation on the 14th. The 1st group who went first was Firas's.And Terrence was just being so cute.^-^'..He was the model and had to wear these metal stuff ala2 Gundam. From my class most of us started giggling already. When he reached to the front,he didnt know wattado already.He just,stood there.For a veeery long time.We all couldnt take it and started laughing even louder.Obviously Terrence couldnt take it either and started laughing till his mask almost fell off. Then Firas went to the front to do the explanation and all.
Next group was David's group.Did on Fauvism.Was quite cool,with the wheelchair and shiz.Had the glowsticks which I wanted to steal off from Sophia. -.-...
After that was Winnie's.Danny and Cheezy bcame 'guys' and Winnie was sort of the angel.Couldnt really get their story but yeah.Was alright.Liked the book which kienwen did the lighting and stuff.
Ehemm..Then it was our group's turn.It went quite alright.Me and Genwei bcame last minute presenters.He was spose to explain the description of work while I explained on the concept.Gerron went on about the intro,and passed it to Genwei,who practically stole the stuff which I was spose to explain on.When it came to my turn I just simply bullshitted my way lah.
In the midst of the presentations,we who were sitting at the back were just lepaking around.Spotted Terrence who was still in his 'armour suit' lying down on the floor.And was asking for help cuz he couldnt get up.....Nobody helped.Hahah! :p
Then there were still Chris's group,Eric's and Amir's.Chris did on Constructivism and based it on the Russian Revolution or somthing.Eric's was on Expressionism also,had a story on this monster called 'The Thing'.Before the presentations started I saw their slideshow and it was really awesome.But during the prsentation it didnt come out =.=..And Amir's group was cool too. Explained on the war and all.
In the end Hooi Chiat gave her comments on our work.Mine was too 'mild'.right~ Next time we have to really work our butts off.Oh did I mention that I got a rose from someone,who Im still wondering who... The seniors came around to do the v-day delivery thingy and in my class Winnie got 1 too(obviously I knew from who) Jasper & Terrence came up to me and just talked for awhile.They picked up the rose & I told them I didnt know it was from who.Then Jasper was being so cute and he suddenly kneeled down infront of me & said it was from him(jokingly).Oo well.My eyes started to hurt really badly.(thanks to my torn up contact lenses.again.) Couldnt wait to get home. Fadz followed us again as usual.I got home and fell asleep.
Ysterday pulak,was the last day of college before the midtermbreak started. Had our dsignworkshop class in the afternoon.But I realized tht my research was based on internet pics(and he doesnt want internet pics) and tak sempat to do my 3sketches(which i was spose to do bfore the class started) I almost didnt want to go for class,but I just faced it.When Michael was doing his lecture,I just simply sketched some stuff out.Critic session came.He called 1by1.He then called my name. >.<...I just went to him and said I didnt bring any reference. Here's how the session went;
Michael:Show me your sketches.
*shows the sketches*
Michael:Ok.What is your concept?
Me*in shock*: Oh.You want me to explain the concept?
Michael: Yes.
Me:You want me to talk about the concept?
Michael: Yes please explain your cncept.
Me: Ouh....ok.Well...*started to talk about what I saw in the sketch*
Michael:Nono.I want to know what is the message you want to give to the audience.
Me*started to think of a bullshit story*: Aah..ok..ermm..well.. *started to talk bout environmental shit*..Ok?
Michael:Mhmm.OK.You have your concept.What about your other sketches..
Me:THOSE ARE REALLY JUST SKETCHES!
Michael:OK.Just stick to this one.Go home and find the necessary references.
And he gave me 3 out of 4 marks.Woot~ Pays to be a fulltime crapper. ;)
Nyways.Day went by.I'll put up the presentation pics when I get them.Im ciao-ing to go out to OU.Daa~
